HSI receives reports of counterfeit products entering or departing the United States. CBP will take appropriate action if a product or batch of an active ingredient is found to be counterfeit.

“Counterfeit Viagra should be taken seriously and addressed immediately,” HSI said. “CBP is currently unable to verify or deny the presence of counterfeit products in the international distribution channel.”

HSI will report to CBP any packages sent to the U. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) that have not yet been intercepted by CBP.
